PARENTING FOR LIFE
At Foothills Pregnancy Care Center, we take great joy in celebrating the sanctity of human life and recognizing how very unique and precious each individual life truly is. We also understand how difficult and sometimes frightening it can be to bring a new life into this world – babies are expensive and do not come with a set of instructions! Being a parent is a hard job - but FPCC is here to help.
At FPCC, we want to help equip women and men making the choice to parent to be the best parents they can be. Our Parenting for Life Program is an “earn while you learn” program made up of various educational resources from videos to brochures and covers topics from pregnancy and childbirth to potty training and school readiness - as well as everything in between! There are also resources for learning adult life skills such as buying a used car and family budgeting.
Earn While You Learn
As clients participate in the educational program, they earn “Mommy Money” or credit points that can be used in our Baby Boutique. Thanks to the generous donations of local churches, individuals and private businesses in Oconee and Pickens counties, our boutique is stocked with many items to meet the material needs of babies from birth to 1 year.
Families graduate from the Parenting for Life program once baby turns 1 year old.
