What is it?
IronMan Fellowship is a process of men helping men to transform their lives with instruction, small group discussions, mentoring, and a personalized manhood plan, where wisdom and experience is freely shared in an environment of friendship, trust and accountability.
Why is it important?
Authentic manhood is disappearing from our society. Men today – and especially young men – don’t have good role models. Many young men have absent fathers who are either physically not in the home or lack the skills needed to prepare their sons for life. Many men today are struggling with life issues and need help to understand and deal with them in order to move on with their lives.
What are the benefits of participation?
- Make new friends you can trust and depend on
- Learn a lot of new things about yourself
- Learn how much we men, regardless of race, social or economic class, have in common.
- Develop a personal manhood plan to start and keep you on your journey to authentic manhood.
- Be matched one-on-one with a mentor to help you identify and solve life issues and to appy instructional materials in transforming your life.
